Returns Policy

NEIROMAI  is committed in providing only high-quality products. Nevertheless, should you for any reason want to return an item, you may choose to exchange it or to return it for a full refund.

 

Items may be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. The return shipping costs will be at your charge.

 

We will refund the same way the original payment was made. Please note that refunds may take up to 15 days following the reception of your return.

 

Returned jewellery must arrive unworn, in pristine condition and in their original packaging.

 

In order to return a jewel, we kindly ask that you first contact us at hello@neiromai.com to inform us.
