This e-shop/ website belongs to and is operated by NEIROMAI , a company registered at the local Chamber of Commerce under General Electronic Commercial Registry (G.E.MI) Number 158707001000 (hereinafter the Company). The present terms and conditions of sale shall apply to any person(s) visiting the website / e-shop with the intention to browse or buy products (hereinafter the Customer) from the website NEIROMAI.com (hereinafter the Website).

The terms and conditions of sale and services are available on NEIROMAI.com and can be amended and/or updated at any time without prior notice, thus, you are advised to check the Terms of Use & Service from time to time for any updates or changes that may impact you. The terms and conditions also apply at the date of your order. By entering and using this website you, as a Customer, agree on and you are bound by the Terms & Conditions of Use. The Company cannot be held liable for charges you may incur by your internet provider or browser for accessing our website.

By entering our website, you confirm that you are over the legal age of majority in your country and that you are fully authorized to use a payment card to pay for your order.

 

Prices

Prices on this website are quoted in Euros and include VAT charges. Prices exclude any other fees that might come as a result of additional requests on the part of the Customer.All charges the Customer will be called upon to pay, will be shown in a summary table, before the Customer completes the order. The Company reserves the right to alter prices to reflect changes in commercial strategy or market conditions, material prices etc.

 

  

Orders

When you place your order and your payment has been successfully processed, we will send you a confirmation email, including your invoice in Euros.

 Your order will be dispatched complete with a hard box, which will keep your jewellery safe.

All jewelry are handcrafted thus we need a few days to prepare them. Your orders will be dispatched it within 8-10 working days (except for public holidays or circumstances beyond our control).

Once your order has been picked up by our courier partners (DHL), they will also get in touch to let you know your order is on its way.

Depending on the destination, delivery might take between 5-10 business days. In case of delays, please notify us and we will take the issue up directly with the courier company. In cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances being at play, the Company cannot be held in any way liable by the Customer, for being unable to process, fulfill, ship or deliver your order.

Force majeure events are considered (without this list being exhaustive): fire, flood, earthquakes, other natural disasters, terrorist attacks, lack of raw material, local or country-wide lock-downs, strikes, civil unrest etc.

 

Payments

You can pay your order by using most debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, AMEX,) of major banks, through ViVa Wallet. The Company uses secure financial transaction systems in collaboration with official financial institutions (ViVa).

  

Cancelling your order

You can cancel your order if you change your mind, by contacting us at hello@neiromai.com, stating that you wish to cancel your order. If your order has not been dispatched yet, we will authorize a full refund to you (banking and administrative charges may apply, in which case they will be deducted from the final amount with which you will be refunded). If your order has already been dispatched, you will have to wait to receive the shipment and subsequently arrange for it to be sent back to us (see information on our Return Policy). Return costs will be deducted from the refund amount you are due back.

 

Repairs

Our jewellery are being sent in perfect condition but as they are all handmade items, it is possible that some natural wear might occur over time. To cover all eventualities, we offer a 3-month free return and repair service, if your item loses its original shape or appearance, due to craftsmanship or original material issues. This 3-month period is calculated from the date shown on the purchase receipt of the item(s). For repairs due to other damage or mistreatment or mishandling of the jewellery, please refer to section Return Policy for information. In this case, all shipment and return costs will be covered by you (the Customer). The present policy covers only the items purchased through this e-shop.

 

Jewellery Maintenance Tips

Please refrain from bringing your jewellery in direct contact with perfumes, lotions, sprays and other cosmetics that can potentially damage them. Do not use harsh cleaning agents to clean your jewellery for example alcohol, bleach, ammonia etc. If you feel the need to clean your jewellery, use some mild soap with warm water and a soft cloth. Do not put any form of pressure on the jewellery as by doing so, you will most definitely damage them beyond repair. Remember to store your jewellery away from extreme weather and temperature conditions, always in their original box or a protective pouch to safeguard against accidental damage.

Personal Data Protection

In order to make purchases on our website, you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide complete and true personal, payment and delivery information for orders placed through our site. This information will in no way be disclosed, transferred, or sold to a third party unless imposed by a Public Authority (court, etc.).

The information our Company collects on you through this site, and for the purposes or accepting, processing, fulfilling and dispatching your order are the following: Name, Surname, Telephone Number, E-mail Address, Order Address, Payment Address, Delivery (Dispatch) Address, Town, Province, Region, Country, Post Code. Please note we do not, in any way, save or store your payment details.

Legal Information

These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.

For disputes with consumers who are EU residents we propose out-of-court dispute resolution through the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform. According to EU Regulation 524/2013, the EU resident consumer can appeal to the platform and lodge a complaint against the trader. The platform notifies the trader and either the parties communicate directly with each other in order to find a solution or the trader proposes a dispute resolution body which will take over the communication between the parties. Accordingly, the trader may resort to the platform and lodge a complaint against the consumer if the consumer resides in Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg or Poland (and in those Member States which draw up a list of ADR entities in the future.
